chatsey is an on-device AI translation and language learning application. It provides real-time speech translation, dictation, transcription, AI tutoring, and document scanning — all processed locally on your device.
BTS Innovations LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use chatsey on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
chatsey uses on-device AI models to generate translations, summaries, and learning exercises. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may contain errors. Do not rely on chatsey for medical, legal, financial, or emergency communications where accuracy is critical.
All content you create (transcripts, notes, recordings) remains yours. It is stored only on your device. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. You may not use chatsey for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
chatsey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of any translation or AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTS Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
